Adding & Update Billing Address

To add a billing address:

  1. First, log in to your Shopfront account
  2. If you are not automatically directed to your Account Dashboard, click on the right-hand corner where it says “Hi Your Name” and select Dashboard from the drop-down list.
  3. Once you’re in the dashboard, click on the My Billing Address Book tab. This will take you to your Address Book where your saved billing addresses are stored. The first address shown should be your default billing address.
  4. To add an address click on the box that says Add New Address. This will open up the Add New Billing Address page. You can use the TAB key on your keyboard to move from field to field or simply click in the text box below each heading to enter the information.
  5. First, enter your Full Name.
  6. Next enter Address Line 1 and Address Line 2.
  7. Enter the City, select a State or Province and enter a Zip/Postal Code.
  8. Select your Country.
  9. Next enter an Email Address and Phone Number.
  10. Once you are done entering all the details of your address, click on Add to Profile. Select Cancel if you no longer wish to add that address.
  11. After selecting to add the address to your profile, you will receive a message on your screen confirming that the new address has been added.
  12. You should see your new address now listed in your Address Book.

Shopfront allows you to add multiple billing addresses as well as update already saved addresses.

To update a billing address:

  1. First, log in to your Shopfront account
  2. If you are not automatically directed to your Account Dashboard, click on the right-hand corner where it says “Hi Your Name” and select Dashboard from the drop-down list.
  3. Once you’re in the dashboard, click on the My Billing Address Book tab. This will take you to your Address Book where your saved billing addresses are stored. The first address shown should be your default billing address.
  4. To edit/update an address simply clicks on Edit at the top right-hand corner of each address box. This will open up the Edit Billing Address page where you will be able to make changes to all data except the Country associated with the address.
  5. To make the changes you would like to, simply click in the text box of the field you would like to update and delete what is already there and enter the updated info or add what needs to be added.
  6. Once all updates have been entered click on the Confirm tab at the bottom of the page.

Changing the default billing address

If you only have one billing address, it will automatically be set as your default billing address. However, if you have multiple billing addresses saved on your account, you may decide to change your default billing address.

In your Address Book, each address is in a separate box. Each box should have a Make Default option in the top left-hand corner. Select this option to make a particular address your default billing address by clicking on the Make Default button.

You will receive a message confirming the update and the address you chose will now show as your default billing address.
